I’ve worked out almost every day for the past two weeks and I feel great! I’m planning on playing soccer next semester once I drop some weight and get into shape.

I went to the gym again today. My hip started bothering me the last ten or so minutes of my workout. It’s super tight now. I can barely walk. I’m still going tomorrow. I probably won’t go for as long though.

And I rescheduled my hip Ortho appointment that I missed two weeks ago because of my new classes for March 13th.

Everyone probably thinks I’m the laziest person but I love being active. I really wish I could play soccer.

The only thing that hurts from the gym is my shoulder and I didn’t even do anything with my upper body.

stupid hypermobility.

I went to the gym and it felt amazing. I pushed myself on the elliptical for 45 minutes without stopping and MY LEGS DIDN’T HURT.

I’m so happy.

I’m going to the gym tomorrow. It might not be the best thing since my left knee has been swollen and painful for over three months and my hip tendonitis is in overdrive but I’m doing it anyway.

I probably won’t be able to walk tomorrow.

I definitely subluxed one of my ribs even more last night. This rib is always sticking out since the first time it popped out but it came out even more last night. I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t really breathe. I definitely have to tell my doctor about this.

Does anyone know what to do when this happens?

My left knee is getting worse. I should’ve seen my knee Ortho over break. It’s constantly swollen and hurting. I’ve felt it sublux a few times. I had doubts about the MPFLr from the beginning because my of TT-TG offset but I never said anything. I’m limping again because of my hip. I was supposed to see my hip Ortho last week but I didn’t go because it was the first week of classes. I have yet to reschedule my appointment. I honestly don’t know if it’s even worth it to go. He doesn’t even listen to me.

I’m tired of being in pain. Everything hurts.

I saw my hip Ortho today…not so good news.

I felt like my hip flexor tendonitis was getting worse but I didn’t know it was this bad. I have four different types of tendonitis going on right now. My Ortho said I have bursitis, iliotibial band tendonitis (syndrome), and gluteal tendonitis along with the hip flexor tendonitis which really sucks. Tendonitis is really painful and my hip is super tight all the time especially when I stand for more than thirty minutes. He wants me to stretch a lot and get a foam roller then come back in six weeks. I really have no hope for what he wants me to do but I’ll try it. I really just want him to get me some cortisone.

My hip muscles have been so tight and the tendonitis has really been acting up. UGH.
